The rhythm, the song, the music invite us to the express ourselves throught dance. No prior training is necessary, nor extraordinary physical abilities.

So who is concerned ? All people in search of well-being.

The purpose of each session is to allow every participant to rediscover themselves through this essential art : Dance !

During these sessions, we will eliminate :

  • the false rhythms of everyday life
  • rigid postures dictated by stress
  • the spectator attitude towards our own lifes, to achieve together the  Present of dance where each participant  is able to feel and expresse emotions sometimes buried deep down over the years.
